The Los Angeles Area Legal Recruitment Association (LAALRA) is a professional non-profit service organization comprised of legal recruitment administrators and law school career services professionals.

LAALRA was founded in 1980 to promote the quality, image and reputation of legal employers and law school career services as well as facilitate the exchange of information, ideas and experiences.

In 2023, LAALRA was formally established and recognized as a non-profit organization.
