At a high level, we’ve built a Negotiation course (taught by me) that is fully online and asynchronous. We can host a private cohort of students just for Summers and starting first years. Our platform connects students so that they can get to know each other virtually and even negotiate with each other.
Please let me know if you might be available for a quick call/demo over Zoom or telephone. I know that our Dean, Michael Waterstone (cc’ed), would love to join in the call as well.
I hope you’re doing well, and I look forward to the chance to speak with you!
Best,
Hamilton

You can play pre-made trivia games or create them on your own. For games I’ve hosted, I ask participants to join Zoom from their computer and use their phone’s internet browser to go to Kahoot.it to play the game. I share my screen on Zoom so players can see the questions and the selection of answers, players answer from their phones. The nice thing is participants see their scores between each question and there are sounds that auto-play during the game, which helps to set a competitive, yet fun tone.
Teambuilding.com offers a variety of virtual games, such as trivia, online office games, storytelling, etc. I haven’t used them but I participated in a demo yesterday with people from other companies, all around the U.S. We played trivia and it was fun but there were times that I felt Kahoot’s platform was more fun and interesting. It really just depends on what you’re looking for and your budget. One thing that’s pretty unique to Teambuilding is their option to host a “Coffee vs Tea” event or a “Tiny Campfire”. For both events, participants receive a delivery of supplies, so everyone can walk through the event together.
I had a call with Michelle Carra (Client Advisor | 205-708-5192) and she was great at explaining their services.

We don’t use it. I’d be interested in hearing what others think.

Dual locations makes a difference, as it encourages people to attend, when they don’t have 3 hours in the day to go clear across town.
